Can I get divorce from second husband if not divorced officially first

I am a Hindu woman. I was married to a guy living in MP from same cast in year 2012 far away from my home in Maharashtra. We got separated due to extreme mismatch in culture just after 2 months of marriage. The separation was done before Jaat panchayat on a stamp paper. Since then both of us moved on. The guy remarried and now has a child from second wife. After 4 long years I married another divorcee man who had obtained his divorce through decree of divorce from court. We married as per Hindu rituals in April 2016 but soon I discovered that man suffered from many health issues related to liver, blood platelets, sever vitamin deficiencies and hence was not able to maintain a normal physical relationship. He also stopped working and was living off rental income. He admits he had hidden these facts from me. Now I am living separate since Dec 2016. What is the way out of this marriage?
