Can I file for CDR u/s 91 along with location

My husband has given false statement that 2023 dec ,I left home at 11 am and ask his parents to vacant the place. Later his parent came back to home town and I also returned. For this can I file cdr along with location he has only mentioned dec 2023 that is it. If yes then where to file in court or local police station.
