Can I file for annulment on the ground of mental cruelty

Husband did not consumate marriage for lost 30 mo0nth. Can I get marriage expenses and compensation for mental and physical harrasment caused to me, he did not permit me to go abroad on a job offer and how much time at may take, our house is in our joint name though under heavy lone, do I have to move out of this house for annulment
You can file for annulment only within one year of marriage on certain grounds given under Law. In your case you can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. You husband is also liable to pay maintenance to you once you file for it.
