Can I file divorce if my husband is a rowdy and criminal

My husband is continuously involving in many illegal crimes despite of my warnings...I'm worried if his enemies would harm me or my girl child...he's already been accused in a attempt murder case and in bail now...He verbally harasses me and my child in a extremely bad manner...I'm literally in a mental trauma..I've already filed a divorce against him 5yrs ago but decided to give him a chance after his pleadings....but this time I'm done with him...can I file a divorce in this situation..

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query raised, mam kindly meticulously ponder over whether you need divorce, and if you feel you can no longer remain together then you can proceed with divorce, and husband's involvement in illegal activities is a valid ground fro divorce, thank you
