Can I file divorce if I am not happy with my husband

i have been married for 4 years n shifted to dubai after marriage but as years passed i feel im suffocated in this relationship im not happy with my husband there is nothing such a love but jus formalities... i want to end this relationship but my husband's not willing to do this because of family prestige and so is the issue with my family...please help me out with how could i end this relationship...and how time much time would it take n wht is the procedure for the same..

Dear client if husband is not ready for divorce then u can file contested divorce on any of grounds like cruelty desertion adultery disease as per yr case. For any legal help call me

you need to write all the instructions right from the beginning how you got acquainted with your husband, place of marriage, ceremony of marriage, whether marriage registered or not ? any issues and according to you how you were harassed by the husband. please write down and contact legal counsel.

U have not given clear picture. Where r u now and where did ur marriage take place ? r there any issues out of the said wedlock ? Try to convince ur hubby the mental trauma u r suffering. There is no question of family prestige if both partners are mismatched. Go for mutual consent divorce rather than puling the marital relations . Can u leave Dubai if u r not working there ? Indian laws my not be applicable there .
