My bf forcefully kept me in a relationship took advantage of me both physically and virtually through cyber criminal activities, in the pretext of marriage, made many deceptive promises and then cheated on me, we both are hindu

Hi dear, This is a perfect case of rape by false pretext of marriage. This is an offence under BNS and since he also did it virtually through cyber criminal activities, the offences under IT Act 2000 is also attracted. What you need to do is File a police complaint which will result into arrest of ypjr boyfriend.

I understand your situation, fast of all if you what to file a case against you boyfriend than we have to go before the jurisdictional police station on the facts the he takes advantage on a promise to marry you, this will come under section 69 of BNS.
