can I file a case against my wife if she asks money out side court

case is going on for divorce with my wife,,,,,my wife and her lawyer had asked a money for divorce for a out court solution,,,they threatened me to have false cases against me and my family...i have a enough profe of it,,,my question is can i take legal action against them??? 1) demanding for money.2) threating of a false cases..3) exploitation...4) already false case aginst me...5) false afidavite in the court.. if or not i can take legal actions..,,,if yes then which arethe ipc sections?
You can mention in your arguments that your wife is demanding money outside court which you need to prove by evidence. If any false allegations have been made against you and your wife is willing to withdraw such allegations by such demand of money then you could also mention that in front of the court.
