Can i claim over my husband's one house as mine

The house above his own house which i asked about is meant for rent I mean its a rent house which belongs to my husband only.. he as four houses which are meant for hiring so among those can I seek any 1 according to his choice. ?
Yes, you can do the same. Also, if it is the case of the divorce then you can file an application under section 125 of CrPC for claiming maintenance and claiming the property.
