Can husband withdraw his statement in case of mutual divorce

my divorce petition is converted into mutual consent and my husband has agreed to pay 2 lakh as final settlement in the month of August 2016 by demand draft. Now again in the month of August can he change his statement that he is not giving divorce. Please let me know
Dear client he can change his statement if he wants to trouble u and donot want to give divorce. If he do so then again yr petition have to converted in contested one. But if court observes that yr husbnad donot want to give u divorce then u will get divorce. For any legal help call me
