Dear client yr husband can file divorce on cruelty ground against u. But he have to prove his case in court with support of evidences. If he file for divorce then u can deny divorce in court and can also tell court to want to continue married life with him. For any legal help call me

Depends upon the circumstances of the case! If the case is already filed and you get divorced the court will give alimony maintainance to u and the child custody depends upon the approach of both the parties and income of both the parties!

you can obtain help of family counselor who could guide you. once the matter goes to the court then it would be difficult to compromise so before approaching the court, it is better to obtain help from family counselor

Respected Madam, i want to inform you that there can never be forced counseling or conciliation and the court cannot force the husband to stay with you. It is a matter of understanding and compromise and even if he is forced to stay with you it will not be a happy marriage. as to your question your husband can get a divorce but you can request the court that you want to stay with him. please consult you lawyer about this.
