Can husband divorce wife on being diagnosed with Cancer?

my sister got married 2 months back. she was diagnosed with Cancer. now her in laws says that they want divorce and can get divorce on this bases. can they get it.
Divorce is granted if only it is a venerable and communicable diseases. Cancer is not contagious,so this cannot be ground for divorce. If your sister doesn't want to live with him then can proceed with divorce rather than trying to continue to live with her husband.

Divorce within a year is not possible, however the marriage can be annulled for suppressing the fact material to marriage. If her dreaded disease existed before marriage and this fact was knowingly suppressed from the husband side, this may be considered as suppression of act and a good reasons for seeking annulment of marriage by a decree of nullity. The regular divorce cannot be taken within one year from the date of marriage.
