Can Counsellor's report be asked during the tenure of Divorce case

06-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed a Divorce petition against my wife u/s 13-1(ia) & (ib) have have gone through three rounds of Counseling. Since we could not conclude on any mutual agreement during the counseling and hence now the case will come on Board. Can I ask for a copy of the Counseler's report before the case is heard by the Magistrate?

No you cannot as the proceedings which took place in mediation and whatever you stated there are kept off the record and cannot be used during litigation.
Mediation is an imformal procedure and the attempt is to reduce the number pending litigation by getting out of court settlement between the parties so the procedure has been kept informal so that parties are not wary of each other during the dialogues.
