My wife has lodged the complait of dowry under hindu religion act against me in women cell (Caw)my wife is asking to 15 lakh but i can only afford to give 5 lakh for mutual divorce.after many councelling at Caw cell my wife is not ready for settelment demanding more money.ow Caw cell io officer has given 10 day time to think that can i fulfill there demand for settelment or not and says that no more time will be given more in my case.please tell that after 10 days should i go to to Caw cell?if i go and if there is no settlement can Caw cell arrest me immediately?plz tell
