Does well qualified Hindu wife, with MNC Job & no child demand alimony / maintenance along with Divorce ?
In case of Hindu Divorce can wife claim right on property of husband which he purchased before marriage ? Especially if there is no child and wife is highly qualified.

If your wife can sustain herself and maintain the lifestyle that she will probably tend to get while In cohabitation with you your wife is able to sustain herself, she wont be awarded any maintenance from your salary. Since she is employed and capable of maintaining herself, she is not likely to get any maintenance from you.
