Can a lady and a man waiting for final decree of divorce remarry?

My divorce case is still pending in court. Can I remarry before the final decree of divorce is passed? If not,, then when can I marry?

No, you cannot legally remarry till the time your divorce proceedings are pending in Court, whether it is a contested or mutual consent divorce. If a man marries a women, when a divorce of either is still pending in court, this shall amount to bigamy.

As per law, you cannot marry again unless your previous marriage has been dissolved by way of decree and the limitation period of appeal has expired.
