Breaking of trust, marriage proposal and abuse

I am mentally disturbed from the day the girl I have loved the most broke all the promises that has been done on a very high faith. It was over 4 years when this girl was giving me sympathy over my love and even acknowledging that she won't get a loyal person like me but still she was not ready to come into relationship. As I made her feel more and more, she finally promised me to be together and even confessed that all the times that has been gone(4 years of period) she was confused.

Hi, Civil Damages can be claimed against her after serving a legal notice for multiple reasons. Additionally, we need to have records of the substantial expenses done on her . let me now if you wish to discuss further
