Boyfriend made physical relations over false marriage proposals. Help
28-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Boyfriend from 3 years emotionally blackmailing me had made physical relationship with me now not ready to marry with me he said my mother is not ready.
Do you have any evidence or proof to prove that you and your boyfriend had relations. If you had physical relations you can file complainant under secrion 376 of ipc. You can also file complainant of cheating
If you are under 18 approach the police , they will arrest him if 18 or above You can file police complaint against him but nobody including the Court can force him to marry you. It is advisable to forget this episode and move on in life.
Dear client immediately file complaint against him with women cell of police under sec 376. Making physical relationship by giving false promise of marriage is crime. For any legal help call me
