Sir good evening, sir meri shadi ko 3 sal ho gye hai,aur meri wife mujhe chhod k mayke chali gyi thi,aur 2 sal se wahi rahti hai,maine 1year k liye judicial separetion k liye application lgaya tha jiska decision mere faver me aaya, sir meri wife abhi present me ek private university me Asst. prof. hai,aur aaj ki date me mai berojgar hu,uski harkto k karan mujhe job se regine deni padi thi, sir wo dhara 12 gharelu hinska ka case dayar ki thi,jiska decision abhi nahi ho paya hai, jisme wo mujhse bharan posan bhi mang rhi hai,kya mujhe dena hoga sir,jabki wo job me hai aur mai berojgar hu.
It depends upon the financial condition of your spouse. If she is well educated and capable of earning and fulfil her needs then you are not bound to pay her maintenance. In your case when your spouse is working as an Assistant Prof. and you being unemployed, you will not be made to pay maintenance to you wife.
