I don't understand why you asking for pension if your husband is alive. Secondly if your marriage was a valid marriage and as he has not divorced you it means you are still his wife and second marriage is invalid. And you can claim maintenance from your husband, the first wife can claim family pension providing appropriate proof to the department or by court order. Consult an advocate .

It's very old case. How old are you?you are too late .why you late in this matter any reason behind this?if you belong to poor family then according to law you can file a case as a pauper or indigent person.

Has your marriage with your husband been published in Part II Orders by the parent army unit of your husband, which can be traced from the service records of your Husband's Unit Records office with the help of your District Soldier's Board. Are you having service particulars (like Army No, Unit served) of your husband? You can meet the Secretary of your District Soldier's Board who can write letter to Records office of your Husband. It's only something can be said about the future course of actions once replies received from army authorities
