Applied for mutual divorce made 50% settlement can wife remarry

I have applied mutual diverse at family Court . the court gave 6 month time to get diverse.i have made 50℅ settlement. If my wife get another marriage between six month before getting diverse.can I have rights to file case against her.
She should not have remarried before the final judgement and decree of divorce. But you cannot file a case against her. Besides you will have to prove as per Law the fact of her marriage which she is sure to deny.. I suggest you to ignore this matter and wait for your divorce to come through.
