Already field for mutual but husband is nt come on hearing...

Hi...i m stuck.in a mutual case where case is filed for mutual and and wife want to withdraw but husband don't want to. And he is nt coming on hearing also nt withdrawing the case also. And the Mutual lawyer is only helping the husband nt the wife. What's she should do . Nor giving maintenance. . she is being fooled by th mutual lawyer. The girl is suffering neither his husband is contacting her nor giving address of her current residence address. He is being absconded. Pls do help
