Alimony in divorce fake document

Before some day I filed case in mahila aayog against my husband, There I used fake document. Now under RTI my husband taken all documents & submitted in court along with original documents & affidavit. So what should I do now, How should I stop my husband.

This is a very serious matter and could take you to jail for a minimum of 3 to 7 years. Understanding the seriousness of this case and your vulnerable position you should let go of all the conflicts and compromise with him in written that this matter will not be raised in the court (no prejudice clause). You must not let him feel that you have come into deep problem.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
