Alimony and streedhan not returned

18-Mar-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I have lodged a complaint against my husband because he took all my streedhan and kept all the documents. However, the court is asking for documents that I am unable to produce. It has been two years. Recently, I also filed a domestic violence (DV) case against him to recover my streedhan. How long will it take, and how can I get my belongings back easily? He does not attend court, but I appear regularly. The police have also not been able to recover my streedhan and have given the chargesheet.

Hello, Greetings to you. Firstly I would like to inform you that the Domestic Violence case doesn't have any court strength to recover streedhan. To know more, you may Visit my chamber or court chamber. *terms and conditions applied for consultation.
