AFTER DIVORCE - WE ARE LIVED TOGETHER FOR 26 YEARS

Hello, My friend's parents got a divorce in 1998, but in 1999 they again started living together, now his Father has been Passed although in these years they made his wife nominee in multiple places, Is Divorce still valid in this case? in all the documents they both mentioned themselves Husband - Wife. Please Reply

yes, they are not husband and wife in the eyes of the law. The divorce decree is very much valid. The divorced wife is not entitled to take any property of her ex-husband . however if she was made nominee in his bank account she can claim her rights on his bank accounts as a nominee .
