After dismissed divorce case by Court husband can file again petition

Dear Sir/Madam,
After dismissed divorce case by Court on the ground of Cruelty and desertion husband can file again petition after two years of dismissed case. As wife has immediately file another case for getting maintenance from her husband after dismissed the case. Please suggest.
