Hello, File for Warrant of Arrest: Request the court to issue a warrant against the accused for non-compliance with the execution order. Object to DLSA Letter: Verify the contents of the DLSA letter and file objections if it attempts to delay proceedings unjustifiably. Seek Attachment of Property: If the accused owns property, move for attachment and auction to recover the dues. File Contempt Petition: Initiate contempt proceedings for deliberate disobedience of court orders. Expedite Hearing before high court. Ensure all these actions are documented and supported with strong legal reasoning to recover the arrears efficiently. Adv Jayatee
