3 New Laws Passed By Indian Parliament Effect in India

Hi All... What is effects of new 3 laws by Indian parliament on divorce maintenance alimony child custody property cases when these laws will enforce in India. Can these laws reduce false cases in India and decision time.

The new bills passed by Parliament does not effect the reduction of false cases or decision time of courts. Infact, several sections have been deleted in new codes which were unnecessary. New offences have also been added in new codes according to present scenario prevailing in the country.
