Zomato liable for rider issue for stolen parcel

I had a parcel delivered which was left outside un attended near the entrance later it went missing and from the cctv footage it was a zomato delivery guy and the I have the order details matching th time and everything clear in the footage Reached out to zomato but they said they will take action against him but apart from that no resolution In on of the recent case the company was held responsible for the actions of their driver Is there something I can do

We can approach the consumer redressal forum and file a case before the forum. Make zomato a party and seek damages for the inconvenience and violation of policy. The consumer forum is the court to hear your case and direct damages to be paid
