Yes you can always mail your complaint to the concerned police station. But for quick and effective action you should appoint your counsel or any other person who can draft and do the complaint in writing. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, you can send an email to the concerned authorities as the new criminal law recognized such recourse. If your case is fit for registration as FIR that is it discloses cognizable offence, otherwise it will be good piece of document to pursue further recourse. The advise is general, for precise advise analysing of the facts is crucial.

Sir, May be due to some technical glitches or difficulty, you are unable to make online police complaint but law on this point is very clear as you are just giving first information of the offence, you can also do so through your friends or relatives by giving them clear authority. Once police perceive that offence has been really occurred and serious then police will not be adamant in receiving complaint from you through your friends or relatives. You can also give complaint by your digital signatures. You can also give complaint through accredited email of police. Thanks

Yes, you can typically send a police complaint via email to the official email address of the police station with jurisdiction over the area where the incident occurred. This is a valid method, especially in situations like yours where you are unable to visit in person or use an online portal. To ensure it is processed: Clearly state in the email that this is a formal complaint. Attach a scanned copy of a signed letter detailing the incident, or provide all facts comprehensively within the email body. Include your full name, contact details, and address.

Yes, you can send your police complaint by email. Address it to the official email ID of the concerned police station or the Superintendent of Police (SP) of the district where the incident occurred. Attach your ID proof, contact details, and any supporting documents. Mention clearly that your mobile network is down and you are unable to file the complaint online or visit in person. Once the network issue resolves, follow up with a physical copy at the nearest police station to get a formal acknowledgment or FIR number.
