Will CRED refund money?

To refund money from CRED for a wrong transaction, you should immediately contact CRED customer support:-

If a wrong transaction has occurred through CRED, first immediately raise a complaint within the app and also inform your bank/card issuer without delay. If the issue is not resolved, you may send a legal notice to CRED seeking refund. In case of fraud or unauthorized transaction, you can also lodge a complaint with the cyber crime portal or police. Additionally, you may approach the consumer forum for deficiency in service and claim refund along with compensation.
