Yes, CRED refunds money based on these three scenarios: ​Failed Bill Payments: Refunds are automatic. Money returns to your original payment source (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 working days. ​CRED Store (Shopping): Go to Support > Orders to request a return. Once the seller picks up and verifies the item, the refund is processed. ​Excess Card Payments: CRED cannot pull back successful payments. The money remains as a credit balance on your card. To get it into your bank, you must contact your Bank’s customer care. ​How to contact them: Use the in-app Support section or email. Under RBI rules, they are legally required to reverse failed transactions within a specific timeline.
