Will a pending case have an affect on my character verification report

Dear sir I have a case pending against me in district court u/s 120 - 420 468 471. I want to know whether it affects my character verification report in case of police enquiry
Yes let me be very clear with you. The case of you which is going on in the dark strict court will seriously damage your character certificate. In case you need any character certificate then it will say that a criminal case is going against you.

Hi, if a criminal case is pending against you in any court of law, it will certainly effect your character verification by police inquiry, but their is nothing to worry about until anything has been proved against you.
