Wife threatening to file false police complaint against my family

Hello ,We got married in Dec 2015 , My spouse work of out of India now she is planning to come down here ,But she wants property (House to be transferred in her name )which is owned by my parents .She is threatening to lodge false Police complaints against us stating mental harassment. Please advise me what steps should be taken .

Firstly you have not disclosed that u stay together since what time or staying separately since what time. As far as her filing complaint is concern , if she has what app, mail or by any other mode has threaten you , then you can file a written or oral police complaint to local police station n show the evidences which shall be helpful
You can further issue legal notice in that respect too. N later on can seek appropriate majors
