What to do in case of being caught in a false drunk driving case?

I caught in drunk and drive case. They did not take any breath analyzer test and blood and urine test. They take simple medical certificate from govt hospital that I was drunk.they did not mention alcohol content.they file chargesheet in court. I take bail. What happene in court. This case sustain in court. Plz tell me

Hi, As per your information, if it is a false certificate then, you may take objection on that and you may cross examine the doctor and some other relevant evidence. you may disprove allegation levied against you. we may only assist you in court. ultimately, its the Hon'ble Court who will pass an order'judgenment. best of luck.
