What punishment will be given in case IPC 364 man got mother abducted?

A man allegedly got his mother abducted for grabbing her property worth Rs 12 crore. He then filed a complaint against his maternal uncle, blaming him for her disappearance. During investigations, police found that the woman's son Deepak Agarwal along with his two accomplices got his mother Kamlesh abducted from their house at Pallavpuram area here on March 22. On Saturday, acting on a tip-off, one the accused, Vinod, was arrested On March 21, he met Deepak and his accomplice Salim to plan the abduction. He was promised Rs 5 lakh for the job. They rendered Kamlesh unconscious and abducted her. A case has been registered against the trio under IPC section 364 (kidnapping or abducting in order to murder) Police are searching for Kamlesh and Salim. If the main accused Salim tells that he has killed and destroyed the body and the body will not be found, then what punishment will be given to Deepak Agarwal?

Section 364 in The Indian Penal Code
364. Kidnapping or abducting in order to murder.—Whoever kidnaps or abducts any person in order that such person may be murdered or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being mur­dered, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life] or rigor­ous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. Illustrations
(a) A kidnaps Z from 2[India], intending or knowing it to be likely that Z may be sacrificed to an idol. A has committed the offence defined in this section.
(b) A forcibly carries or entices B away from his home in order that B may be murdered. A has committed the offence defined in this section. CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE Punishment—Imprisonment for life, or rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and fine—Cognizable—Non-bailable—Triable by Court of Ses­sion—Non-compoundable.
