What is the process of delaying of court summons

I fear that a woman neighbour will file a false molestation case against me because we had a quarrel over neighbourhood issues in the past. I need to go outside city for a month on an urgent task. Can I ask the court to delay summons/arrest warrant till I come back to the city? What is the procedure?
Hi.. Please consult an Advocate of your place to file for an anticipatory bail from court. You will have to provide the correct facts and reasons for seeking anticipatory bail upon which the court shall award if it is convinced. Meanwhile you can also file a suit for defamation and seek compensatory damages for maligning your status and image by this false complaint if lodged or filed. The investigation officer will file the Charge sheet after completes the investigation then court will take the procedure for issuing summons to appear before court on particular date...

Hi..tel me any case is pending against you . ? If any case is there you against you then only question of summons or warrant comes and police also not simply going to register f.i.r .They first cal u and confirm with the incident
