What is the procedure to change caste in certificate

hi sir/ madam my father actually cate is OBC but he buy job from SC candidate my father is used he was the son in law SC CANDIDATE then my father was joined me in school with the caste of SC but my father used my father actual surname in my schooling but i will get a job with SC certificate any legal problems will be there plz tell me if there is a legal problem if i can apply in general category.plz tell me good advice to me
you can apply to the chief registrar of the state administration for issuing official gazette notification and you have apply it through local revenue divisional officer and first application to be made to the local Mandal revenue officer of the local premises
