What is the minimum sentence under section 392 and 394ipc?

392 34 What is the minimum sentence in the IPC section and how much it can fall.
Section 392 of IPC (punishment for robbery) provides punishment of rigorous imprisonment which may extend to 10 years and also with fine and if robbery has been committed on highway between sunset and sunrise that imprisonment may be extended to 14 years. The offence under section 394 of IPC (voluntarily causing hurt in committing robbery) is punishable with imprisonment for life or with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years and also with fine. So as you see there is no minimum sentence prescribed by either section. The sentence shall depend upon the discretion of the court.
