There is a charge of section 304b and 498 a ., We have applied for regular bail after chargesheet for A1. Its been 10 days after applying. pp has not filed objection yet, what is time limit for him to file an objection?? Is time limit considered from the date of filing or from the date first hearing?

Your question partially does not make sense. But, there is no prescribed time limit to file objection by PP. Since charge sheet is already filed, the objection also should have got filed by this time ( but, it also based on the hearing date ) . If you have any issues with lawyer then appoint someone else.
