What could be the punishment if juvenile did an offense under section 307,323,341,325 SC/ST 3,11r,3,2,v,vanJuvenile is main accused.The case is pending under ACJM

What was the age of the accused at the time of committing offence? On the bases this punishment will be decide. Even if the accused is found guilt he will not be send to Jai. he will be send to balsudhar ghar. Maximum sentence which can be given to a juvenile is 3 years.

hello in these sections the sentence are different according to section and the court maximum sentence for juvenile offenders is three years,and the courts have power to sentence up to 3 years and fine or fine
