What are the panel provisions related to forged government document

If a forged government document is submitted to a company against its claim for a refund from the government. What is the penal provision in such a case. Per se the presentation of documents do not involve any monetary consequnces
As per the facts of the case in brief, It is certainly an offence which can be punished with the provisions of the Indian Penal Code. It may be charged with sec. 419, 468, 471.
The person filing the suit has to prove the loss incurred because of your act.
