Wants to know the time period for file challan and get forensic report

I m facing ipc 354c,506,509 I m on anticipatry bail since last April 2018. A lady lodge complaint against myself on the behalf of FIR my phone seized by police authority and sent to forensics lab at junga for investigation.But till now police has not received any report and not file the challan to concerned court.Sir I want to know what is the time frame to file challan and get report from forensics lab so trial get start thnks
investigation agency has to file charge sheet with in 60 (minimum)and 90 (maximum) and final report u/s 173 shall have all documents like fir, Statment of witness, case property, forensic report. if investigation agency does not file charge sheet with in stipulated time than accused will be released on bail.
