Use of slang language and Blackmail for having / forcing to have sex

I was being blackmailed by my husband's office colleague to the extent of having sex with him which I refused to do. He has some private pic & video which he took by illegal means to get his job done & used illicit/slang language. It had been one year now. We intimated the local police also and after threatening, he didn't disturb me. But, still I have a fear has those pic & will use it in future. I feel traumatized by that incident & undergoing psychiatric treatment. Need a female lawyer

मैडम, आपके केस में IPC की कई धाराएँ और आईटी एक्ट लागू होती हैं। आप तुरंत महिला थाने में FIR करवाएँ या यदि FIR न लिखें तो कोर्ट में 156(3) CrPC का आवेदन दें। साथ ही हम कोर्ट से आदेश दिलवाएँगे कि आरोपी आपके फोटो/वीडियो का किसी भी तरह से दुरुपयोग न कर सके। मैं इस पूरे मामले को महिला अधिवक्ता के तौर पर संवेदनशीलता से हैंडल करूँग.
