Usage of my document without permission

My brother used my aadhaar copy in property and some legal matter without my permission. What legal action I can take ?
Supreme Court has held that an information contained in a document, if used without permission, amounts to Theft. An FIR can be registered u.s 379 IPC. Call me for further discussion or meet me with specific query.

If your brother used your aadhar copy in property and other maters without your permission it is illegal according to law.
He will be punishable if you file a case against him in Ipc 420 and you can file an application for cancellation of documents where your adhar card used without your permission.
