What is the maximum punishment under UAPA sections 16, 17, 18, and 20 for using a biological terrorism weapon on one person for 6 years?
Said person has been inhumanely tortured violating his basic human rights for 6 years but is still alive.
What is the minimum and maximum punishment faced for this crime under these sections using this non conventional biological terrorism weapon?
under UAPA the minimum punishment is for 5 years and the maximum punishment is death or life imprisonment. however the case has to be registered by the police and if the proof of terrorism weapon can be proved by the use of scientific proof of the court procedure then it is upto the court to take the decision and pass requisite order
