Threatening calls on false cases to me and my parents

So me and a girl were in relationship for an year then later due to thier family issues they made us to broke up later on they called me threatened started checking my family background on call and threatening me and my parents that I will book your son on false cases with the help of our girl actually I have revealed our physical relationship to thier parents then I have started receiving this calls is there anything I can do here

If the relationship was consensual and both of your adults being in a relationship or having a physical relationship does not amount to a criminal offence. However, if the girls family members are threatening you and your parents such conduct may amount to criminal intimidation under section 506 IPC. You have the right to see protection from such harassment. You may keep records of the calls or messages and if the threats continue file a complaint with the local police station seeking action against. It would be advisable to consult a local advocate to access the situation and take necessary legal steps.
