The procedure of bail in defamation case

I want to submit a bank guarantee for bail in the defamation case. In whose name the bank guarantee should be made? Either the surer or the judge?
In the name of The registrar of the court concerned. it depends on the situation and also please follow the order of the hon'ble court. it also depends upon case to case. we need to know the bail mater and section ect.

yes the name of bank guarantee is required for the bail and there must be an affidavit required from the bank that thry ensured that the gurantee you shown is not forged and fabricated and it is all according to your claim

Bank Guarantee would be either in the name of court or as the court directs.
It will not be in the name of judge.
Better would to seek directions from the court itself.
You can also deposit money in cash instead of bank guarantee if court permits.
