I am alloted 2 paid parking. I have fractured my leg and was confined to bed for 3 months.at this specific time a open wire was installed by digging a big hole and inside wire was installed the internet wire was installed for personal use digging a hole in the vertical wall. To my knowledge both is for personal use. I asked committee to give me authentic details of who installed they failed to give so I cut the wire. It is an encroachment immediate day after they gave me a letter charging 25000
