It is an offence under IPC. You can complaint to the officals. Any person who is threating you that he will cause injury or harm to himself or the order person is an offence and while doing so his only purpose is to take advantage from the victim is crime. It is punishable offence under section 384 and 503, 506 of IPC

you can file a complaint against him in the police station stating all the threats that he has made to you. he is already married and has a son he has no right not to allow you to get married to some. even you do not want to get married to him so in such case you was not beat and file a suitable complaint with the police with the help of an advocate
