Section 420 already filed but no improvement

I have filed section 420 case against sellers who has cheated by selling the disputed plot 6 years ago. Case was under Magistrate court Chennai and totally 6 were accused out which Accused 1 and 2 are readily available and summon served but for the rest of four accused summons were not reached and it is continously returned back. Any possibility to ask court to conduct the case with 2 accused and also we need to recover the money by attaching cheaters asset who are holding own asset.

Dear Client, 1. Yes. The Court can proceed with the trial against the available accused. For the absconding accused, you may request the Court to issue NBW/proclamation under CrPC and attach their properties. 2. For recovery of cheated money, you need to file a petition for attachment and also pursue civil remedy for recovery along with criminal proceedings. 3.
